Peter Shepherd, President & CEO and Director
Mr. Shepherd has over 30 years experience in the financial markets with a specific focus on the junior resource sector in both Canada and the U.S. He began his career as a stockbroker in 1982 and for the next 20 years became involved with many resource companies by raising capital for their exploration projects. Since 2003 he has worked privately to consult and finance a number of private and public companies in the resource sector. Mr. Shepherd’s experience and knowledge of the financial markets and marketing of the company will be important to the success of the project and with an exceptional geological team headed by Dr. Lechler Mr. Shepherd is looking forward to this new venture. Mr. Shepherd comments,” Of all my years in the business I have not come across a better exploration play than the Platinum project in Guyana, South America. Dr. Lechler has done an outstanding job of assembling these large Platinum targets and our intentions are to drill within the year. We believe there is a world class mine somewhere within our areas of interest and we our committed to a discovery of significance for our shareholders.” Mr. Shepherd is 57 years old.

Dr. Paul Lechler, Vice President, Chief Geologist and Director
Dr. Lechler received a B.A. in Geology from Montclair State College, an M.S. in Geochemistry from Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. in Geology and Geochemistry from Mackay School of Mines, University of Nevada, Reno.  His dissertation research focused on the geology and geochemistry of platinum-palladium deposits and included visitations to many of the global occurrences of PGM mineralization to examine their features firsthand. He worked for the Indiana Geological Survey, Bloomington, Indiana; Bendix Field Engineering, Grand Junction, Colorado; Reed Rock Bit Company, Houston, Texas; and the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology, Reno, Nevada. University research involved analytical geochemistry, exploration geochemistry, geothermal exploration, environmental geochemistry, geology and geochemistry of platinum deposits and uranium deposits, and avoidance of mining scams. Dr. Lechler consulted and conducted research globally in Germany, South Africa, Turkey, Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Guyana, Chile, and Peru. He consulted for Kennecott (Bingham Canyon), Franco-Nevada (Ken Snyder Mine), Duluth Minerals (Minnesota), Trend Mining (North and South America), BLM, FBI, SEC, Magma, and many individuals. He has experience with reverse circulation drilling in Nevada, and core drilling in Guyana. After 27 years at NBMG he dedicated his career to exploration for the bedrock source of PGMs known from the alluvial sediments in the rivers of Guyana.

Rakesh Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Malhotra has more than 25 years’ experience in accounting and financing and is a United States Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Canadian Public Accountant (CPA, CA). Mr. Malhotra graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Delhi (India) and worked for A.F Ferguson & Co. (the Indian correspondent for KPMG) and obtained his CA designation in India. Mr. Malhotra practiced as an accountant for over ten years in New Delhi, and worked for five years Middle East and with the International Bahwan Group in a senior finance position. During 2000 and 2001, Mr. Malhotra worked as a chartered accountant with a mid-sized accounting firm in Toronto performing audits of public companies. Since 2005 Mr. Malhotra has been an independent consultant to a number of public companies. Mr. Malhotra is 57 years old.

John E. Mack, Director
John E. Mack co-founded Mojave Gold Corporation and has served as its CFO since inception. Mr. Mack has over 30 years of international banking, financial business management and mergers and acquisitions experience. From November 2002 through September 2005, Mr. Mack served as Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Shinsei Bank, Limited of Tokyo, Japan. Prior to joining Shinsei Bank, and for more than twenty-five years, Mr. Mack served in senior management positions at Bank of America and its predecessor companies, including twelve years as Corporate Treasurer. Mr. Mack is also a member of the Board of Directors of Flowers National Bank, Incapital Holdings LLC, and Wilson Solarpower, Inc., and is Chairman and a director of New Generation Biofuels Holdings, Inc., and Vice-Chairman and a director of Islandsbanki hf located in Reykjavik, Iceland. Mr. Mack holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College.
